I guess I don't understand. Downloading pictures off the internet and running them through a filter is not what DA means by "Digital Art/ Paintings and Airbrush". Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with erotica, I just don't see your contribution, nor credit to the original artist. Maybe you should reconsider?

hahaha! what filter would that be?? you really shouldn't talk about stuff you don't know. I give plenty of credit where credit is due, including to other DA artists. you're the one who should reconsider and give it a second thought before you go pointing fingers.
Pardon me if I have not exactly described the complex process by which you create your art. Are you telling me that you have merely used other's pictures as reference and sketched these with a painting program? I didn't mention any specific filters, so that you wouldn't distract from this conversation with the less important details, but you found a way to do that, anyway. You have cited only a couple of other artists, but not all of the photographers of which you have used their work. My point is that these belong under "manipulations" with references. Sorry if you are hurt or pissed off by my comments, but I have used Photoshop AND surfed porn for 10+ years and can infer a little bit about your work.

Yes, I'm telling you I sketched these with a painting program and used pictures as reference. I guess you haven't used Photoshop long enough to realize there is not a filter that will magically "turn photographs into paintings".
This is just a quick search, but there are SEVERAL filters that come with PS right out of the box and also some free programs that come with the WACOM tablets, plus countless other actions, filters and techniques. Look, man, you seem really passionate about what you're doing. If your work is what you say it is, then you are goddamn amazing and patient because you have approximated an actual photo with all the thousands of colors, tones, and details required, which makes it appear that you have either ran a filter or painted over an existing photo. So with that in mind, forget my opinion as you are an artistic genius of considerable talent and I should watch your work. I will cease to comment and will understand when you remove my previous comments, protecting your character. Good luck with your art.
